Body clock: Vogue Williams Model
8amThe alarm goes off and I wake up starving.
I get out of bed, wash my face and go down to have my breakfast. I have sweetened granola topped with sliced banana, grapes and yogurt. I make myself a cup of tea with low-fat milk. I start doing my make-up while I’m eating. I normally wash my hair the night before so I can have the extra time in bed!
8.30am
After eating, I shower and then get dressed in the clothes that I’d laid out last night. I do my hair, grab the bag I’ve packed with the few different outfits for today’s press call, jump into the car, and drive into town.
9.30am
I arrive early and have time to grab a coffee with one sugar and low-fat milk. I drink my coffee while I wait for the arrival of the client.
10am
I change and then do the press call for the next hour.
11am
I get back into my comfortable outfit and then drive out to Sandyford for other press work.
1pm
This afternoon I have a three-and-a-half hour fashion shoot and there isn’t enough time for me to get something to eat, so I drink a can of regular Coke and a glass of water.
I wouldn’t routinely skip lunch. Usually I would get something like a Cajun chicken wrap and a bowl of soup.
4.40pm
I drive home and once I am in the house, I check emails and spend a couple of hours researching music. I need to organise the tracks for my radio show with Phantom 105.2 as well as the music for my club DJ work.
7.30pm
I sit down for dinner.Tonight it’s a beef stir-fry, which is one of my favourite meals. It’s prepared using peppers, onions, broccoli, baby sweetcorn and then soya and oyster sauces, then served over brown rice.
I drink Miwadi with dinner and finish with a little bag of white chocolate buttons.
I eat some sort of chocolate every night. At the moment my favourite is Cadbury’s Buttons. I’d love to stop eating sweets and chocolate but I don’t think that will ever change!
I take a break after dinner and over the next couple of hours I drink three cups of tea with low-fat milk.
11pm
It’s time to head into Andrews Lane Theatre where I am working as a DJ tonight.
11.45pm
During work, I drink a bit of water. The gig is for two-and-a-half hours and once I’m finished I drive back home and go straight to bed.
