8.45am

I have a bowl of grapes, berries and sliced pear with plain yogurt, and a mug of black coffee.

9.20am

I walk to rehearsal in the city centre. I normally use one of the Dublin Bikes, but this morning there aren’t any at the station.

10am

The cast and director sit together and we discuss the play, then do some reading. I drink water and make myself a cup of black coffee.

11.30am

I go out for a cigarette.

1pm

At lunch, I go and get myself a ham and cheese sandwich on brown bread with lettuce and tomato.
